Payment
When you make purchases at our store, you can use any of the following payment methods:
- Credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard
- Paypal
- Bizum: To proceed using this type of payment, you have to enter your telephone number and associated service password. If you don’t have a Bizum password yet, you can request it directly thorough your bank. You will receive a confirmation code by SMS that you must enter before completing the payment.
For your security, all credit card payments will undergo validation and authorization checks.
Once the checks and authorizations are completed, the charge will be reflected based on the selected payment method.
TAX INFORMATION
Purchases made at codevmonkey.com, are subject to local Spanish tax regulations. In accordance with Article 68 of Law 37/1992, dated December 28th, on Value Added Tax, (IVA) the delivery of items will be considered as located within the territory of Spanish IVA if the delivery address is within Spanish territory, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. The applicable IVA rate will be the legally valid rate at any given time, depending on the specific item in question.
You expressly authorize us to issue the invoice in electronic format.
When making purchases with deliveries to non-EU countries, these purchases may be subject to the payment of taxes, customs duties, and/or any other administrative charges, which will be responsibility, manage and processed by the buyer (customer).
If purchases are made with shipments to EU countries, any additional expenses that may be incurred upon delivery of orders, due to the local regulations of the destination country, are the responsibility, manage and processed by the buyer (customer). Our prices displayed on the website include IVA.
In orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, deliveries are exempt from IVA in accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the current regulations in each of these territories.
Any applicable taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the customer and must be managed and processed by them.
