Exchanges and returns

RETURNS

If you change your mind, you can return your items once received. To manage returns, please contact our team at the email address: info@codevmonkey.com. Once contacted, you will be informed of the entire procedure to return your order.

Please note that the products must be returned with the corresponding purchase receipt and in the same conditions in which you received them (without signs of wear, without having been altered from their original state, unused, unwashed, with the inner and outer tags still attached (labels cannot be broken and/or torn off), disposable seals un-removed, without repairs, along with their complete original packaging, boxes, plastic bags, manuals, instructions, and any accessories related to them).

Please note that returns of manipulated items and those not in the described conditions above cannot be processed. Once we receive your return, our department will evaluate it to assess its condition.

If we receive an item outside the specified timeframe, in poor condition, with incorrect content, or that, in essence, does not meet the requirements for contract withdrawal, you will not be entitled to a refund. We will contact you, and if, after two (2) months from the moment we informed you your return resolution, you have not collected it or refused to receive it, we will not be held responsible, and it will be considered abandoned.

Similarly, please remember that you will be responsible for the content of the return package when you manage it through the processes provided by CODEV MONKEY. If there is an error in the content of the return package that is not attributable to CODEV MONKEY, we are authorized to charge you the corresponding costs if it is possible to manage the return of the package to your attention.

In both cases; abandonment and returns rejected due to non-compliance, we are authorized to charge the return costs incurred as well as the expenses for reshipping the merchandise to you.

Returns managed independently by the customer will not be accepted. If you return items outside the established procedures for processing returns, they will not be processed, resulting in the invalidation of your return request.

The expenses generated by returns within the legally established 14-day period will be borne by the buyer. These expenses amount to 5.99 € (IVA included) to peninsula, and they will be deducted from the refund amount.

We are authorized to charge you the corresponding costs if it is possible to manage the return of the package to your attention.

Returns of customs items, limited editions items, outlets and items in promotions are not allow it.

Returns with postage due will not be accepted under any circumstances.

FOR SPECIAL AND DELICATE ITEMS SUCH AS MUGS, RETURNS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED FOR BREAKAGES DURING SHIPPING IF THEY ARE REPORTED AT THE TIME OF RECEIPT.

 

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Once you receive your order and if it presents any issues, you must contact us immediately, providing all the necessary information and evidence of the described damages.

We will initiate the product collection process. Once it arrives at our warehouses, we will carefully examine the returned product and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe if a refund is applicable.

The products we sell often feature the characteristics of the natural materials used in their manufacture. These characteristics, such as variations in grain, texture, and color, shall not be considered defects or flaws. On the contrary, they should be expected and appreciated. We only select products of the highest quality, but natural characteristics are unavoidable and should be accepted as part of the individual appearance of the product.

Only payments for products returned due to actual defects or flaws, if proven to exist, will be fully refunded, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you and the costs you incurred to return it to us. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

 

RETURN DEADLINES

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the present contract within a period of 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods or in the case of goods that make up your order.

In addition to the legally recognized right of withdrawal for consumers, we grant you a period of 30 calendar days from the date of shipment confirmation to make returns of the products.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the established deadlines through our customer service email. Once we receive the return request, we will provide you with the necessary steps to properly manage the return.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds for the amount paid are processed to the same initial payment method, unless you expressly indicate that you want to receive the balance in a coupon and/or gift voucher (the conditions for which are provided at the time of processing).

Refunds are processed once the merchandise is received in our warehouses.

In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs to the initial shipping address (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered).

If you return the products within the contractual period of the right of withdrawal, but after the legal deadline has expired (14 calendar days), you will be refunded only the price paid for such products, excluding the initial shipping costs incurred.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you have placed an order through this website from a European Union member state other than Spain, the procedures explained above are subject to the restriction that returns via a courier organized by us can only be made from an original pickup address in Spain.

To process a return outside of Spanish territory, please contact our customer service and we will provide you with the procedure to follow.

Return costs are responsibility of the buyer.

Furthermore, please note that under no circumstances we are obligated to refund shipping costs other than those incurred to the original delivery address in Spain Peninsular or return costs from a destination outside Spanish territory.
