ORDER CANCELLATION
Once you place your order through the website, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it. This is because as soon as it is placed, it immediately begins processing. However, you can return unwanted items once you receive them. Simply refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
ORDER MODIFICATION
Once you have made your purchases, if your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us if you wish to add other items. Please note that the items you selected when you placed your order cannot be changed or modified (sizes, colors, or models).You can only add different items to your order or increase the quantity of the items purchased, as long as your order has not been shipped and you have contacted our department, and they confirm that you can add other items.
Note: If your initial order does not qualify for free shipping and you want to add additional items that would reach the specified amount for free shipping, the initial shipping cost will still apply because the shipping charge cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.
